WHO: Occupational exhaustion is a disease

The World Health Organization (WHO) has acknowledged that the problem of occupational exhaustion is now classified as a disorder, as are other human disorders.

In turn, the organization noted that the balance between work, family and social life is the key to protecting yourself from the disorder.

The problem of global occupational exhaustion is very common, which has been highlighted by the World Health Organization at its last meeting, which has a negative and serious impact on the mental health of individuals.

The organization explained that a person is considered to be suffering from occupational exhaustion in the following cases:

    Feeling exhausted and losing energy
Negative feeling towards your job and your job
    Low professional efficiency.

The reasons behind our feeling of occupational exhaustion are many and varied, but the most important is technology, and our constant contact with our job, whether via mobile or telephone, which makes your job control your day and your reaction.

Unfortunately, occupational exhaustion is responsible for 120,000 deaths in the United States and increases the financial burden on medical interventions, according to the World Health Organization.

The highlight of this topic by WHO, would help to minimize this problem and learn the importance of separating your career from family and the need for leave away from work.
