Stress and anxiety

The person can get the psychological stress or psychological distress because of one accident and ideas that make him feel frustration or anger or nervousness.
Anxiety is a feeling of fear and discomfort and concern; and the source of these symptoms is not always known.
 Stress is a natural feeling; if by little, it helps the person to get things done. Stress does not affect everyone in the same way.Feel a lot of people with symptoms of psychological stress in their bodies. They may suffer abdominal pain or headache or muscle strain or pain in it.When a person is psychologically stressful, it may be noted that: speed up the heartbeat. Some loss heartbeat, or what is called premature atrial contraction and heartbeat missed. Rapid breathing. Sweating. Flicker. Dizziness.Other symptoms: diarrhea. Frequent urination dry mouth needed. Trouble swallowing.The person may suffer from difficulty concentrating, and may feel tired most of the time, and could lose his temper more. Stress may also cause sexual problems too, and sleep problems, where the person may remain asleep for a long time or you may suffer from nightmares during sleep
