Watching men may reduce the quality of sperm

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Men who watch men after 10:30 will have a negative impact on the health and quality of sperm, according to results of a new study presented at the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).

The researchers found that men who go to sleep early have sperm of about four times higher quality than those who like to sleep.

The researchers found that men who go to sleep after 10:30 pm, the quality of their sperm decreases.

The researchers explained that the problems of sleep and insomnia affect the work of the immune system, and by increasing its work, which may cause fighting sperm, as well as reduced opportunities for intercourse between spouses in the event of a husband.

The researchers noted that men who are prone to sleep are more prone to stress, which in turn has a negative impact on their sexual health.

The researchers stressed that men who want to make pregnancy successful and increase its chances, to go to sleep early hours and avoid sleep.

The quality of sleep did not really affect sperm quality, but more research was needed to confirm it.
